Qualification Required:
- MBBS / MD / BDS
- Postgraduate qualification in:
- Public Health
- Health Economics
- Healthcare Management
Recognized by Higher Education Commission or foreign/local university.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience
- At least 3 years after acquiring MBBS/BDS
- Experience in health sector operations
- Technical guideline development experience preferred
2. Financial Management Specialist – PPS-10

Qualification Required:
- CA
- ACCA
- CIMA
- ACMA
- MBA (Finance)
Experience Required:
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- Public sector accounting
- Financial modeling
- Pricing mechanisms

3. Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Specialist – PPS-09

Qualification Required:
Master’s Degree / 16 Years Education in:
- Statistics
- Demographics
- Public Policy
- International Development
- Economics
- Public Health
- MBA / M.Com
Additional certifications in M&E / Statistics / PMP will be preferred.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience
- Monitoring & evaluation tools implementation
- Development project experience
- Stakeholder coordination skills
